The information prescriptions service (IPS) brings together information from NHS choices and their charity partners, enabling you to create an information prescription, either yourself or with a healthcare professional. You can register so the information you have on your prescription can be saved for you to return to whenever you need it. This page of the NHS choices website is where you can start an information prescription, find out more about the service, or log in to retrieve a prescription you already have.
